- Newsletter: mientras sigas suscrito.

Who processes your data
Nacho Muñoz Álvarez, Madrid (Spain). For any question about your data: [email protected].
What data is processed and why
- Website visits. IP address, page visited, date and time, device type and browser (derived from the user agent) and country, as reported by Cloudflare. Used for site security and to see which pages people find interesting. I receive a private Telegram notification with the IP, country and page. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- AI assistant. The question, language, IP and date. The conversation is sent to an AI model through OpenRouter to generate the answer, and I receive the question on Telegram. Legal basis: your request and the legitimate interest in improving the assistant. Please don't include personal data in your questions.
- Contact form. Name, email and message, only to reply to you. I receive a Telegram notification. Legal basis: your consent when you send it.
- Blog newsletter. Email, language, and the date and IP of the sign-up as proof of subscription. Emails only go to confirmed addresses and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Legal basis: your consent.
- Preferences. Theme (light or dark) and language are stored in your browser's local storage, not in cookies, and never leave your device. The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies; the only cookie is the admin panel session.
Providers involved
- Cloudflare: delivery and protection network that every request goes through.
- OpenRouter and the model provider (Anthropic): generate the assistant's answers.
- Telegram: private notifications about visits, chat questions, contact messages and newsletter sign-ups.
- Resend: delivery of the newsletter emails.
Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area, so data may leave it under the safeguards each provider offers in its terms.
How long data is kept
- Visit logs and assistant questions: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle them.
- Newsletter: while you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe I stop emailing you; if you also want the address deleted, just ask.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. If you think they haven't been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
